Our client is a Top Tier Law Firm with an opportunity for a Corporate Associate to join their Shanghai office for a Permanent role.
The post holder will advise international clients such as corporates, investment banks and PE house on M&A deals in China. You will be required to draft transaction documents including share purchase agreements and joint ventures agreements in English and Chinese.
Interested candidates should be qualified in the US, UK, Australia or PRC Bar with 4-7 years PQE gained from working at a top tier law firm.
Candidates should be fluent in English and Mandarin both spoken and written.
