Our client is a Top Tier Global Law Firm with an opening for a Financial Markets Lawyer to join their Beijing or Shanghai office for a Permanent position.
The post holder will possess 3+ years PQE with a strong background in advising both domestic and international banks and financial institutions with regards to the legal and regulatory regime in the PRC in the context of financial markets transactions.
Interested candidates should be fluent in Mandarin and English with the ability to draft and negotiate documents in both languages. Ideally, you will be PRC qualified with previous experience of working within the region.
