Our client is a wholly foreign owned enterprise under a German Management team and with a 50-strong R&D team including international Specialists from the USA, France, Germany and China.
Their company in China was founded in 1997 as a subsidiary of their German HQ which has specialized for over 25 years in marketing loudspeakers and electronic equipment.
Requirements:
University degree in general electronics
Min of 5 years of working experience as “project leader” in an ISO organized speaker company. This means not only supervising but actively supporting projects with his/her knowledge and expert opinion.
Very good English writing and speaking. Ability to speak Chinese would be a great plus
Broad interest and knowledge of acoustics especially of all kinds of different speaker types, their application field and specific requirements.
Good general knowledge about speaker production and related parts manufacturing.
Being used to all kinds of electronic and mechanical measurement systems and being able to interpret the results correctly.
Very good communication skills, to translate product ideas into technical requirements that are understood by the related team members.
Must be able to cooperate and communicate and convince/lead in various departments without having line authority, i.e. R&D, production, purchase, QC and to a lesser extend finance.
