Our highly regarded and prestigious client is now looking to recruit a Corporate Associate to join their M&A/Private Equity Practice at their office in Beijing.
Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years PQE with solid corporate transactional experience (M&A) gained from another top tier US, UK or other international law firm. Candidates will possess a US JD or equivalent, such as a Commonwealth LL.B.
Candidates will need to be able to read and write Chinese and speak Mandarin and English.
