Business Transformation and Services (BT&S) team in IBM China Development Lab (CDL) belongs to IBM Cooperate Information Office (CIO). The BT&S team was built in 2003 with the goal to provide development services for IBM end-to-end process transformation, IT systems integration and application innovation across IBM. The team committed to build applications by leveraging leading-edge technology products and services to yield innovation that matters. With 5 years' growth, the team has involved in the development of several key applications responsible for globalizing and simplify the web experience while increasing self-service capabilities for our clients; enabling seller and developer productivity through enhanced seller tools; automating business processes; and showcasing IBM technology. BT&S team's priorities are focused on demonstrating the value of software business transformation, closing the gaps in capabilities to run the distributed and zSeries software business, enabling Partner programs and demonstrating an SOA framework on large-scale production.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with the Architect to deliver the design documents such as High Level Design, Content Spec etc.
- Support test team to achieve the testing goal.
- Work with WW teams to analysis the business requirements, design and implement the solution
- Work with the WW/Local team leads to drive innovation during the full lifecycle of development
- Work together with worldwide counterparts and collaborate across teams to build mutual trust relationship.
- Responsible for the design, coding, unit testing, defect fix, etc
Job Requirements (skills/experiences/Qualifications)
Skills requirement:
- At least 3 years experience in requirement analysis, design, development and implementation of database applications
- At least 1 year experience in leading development team
- Good knowledge of business intelligence knowledge and project experiences.
- Strong skill of business requirement analyze and technical solution design.
- Database Stored procedure and User Defined Function development, database design, performance tuning, database administration.
- Good knowledge of Database systems and development.
- Familiar with DB2 development tools and products.
- Rich experience of database and SQL
- Unix script programming
- Unix/Linux Knowledge
- Familiar with Datastage and IBM information server.
