Job details Company: Our client, a multinational companies in energy field, is a truly entrepreneurial and innovative group offering a diverse range of products to their clients. Over 3,000 employees in China. Now they are looking for a HR Manager focus on Performance Review, the position base in Beijing.

Requirement:



1. Bachelor or Master Degree holder.

2. 3-5 year working experience in performance and/or Human Resources including 2 years of Management level responsibility in a multinational company.

3. Good presentation skill and teaching ability.

4. Strategic thinking; Strong leadership.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Pleasant personality, organizing ability and teamwork spirits.

7. Good command of English and Chinese.

8. Will have to travel over China Area.


Responsible

1. Strategic oversight of performance.

2. Plan, design, develop, and implement performance programs as related to current practices, legislation, employee surveys, and fulfillment of organizational needs to support the company's goals, objectives, and philosophy.

3. Identify performance needs and work with Department Heads on career paths of their staffs.

4. Develop, source and evaluate party performance programs.

5. Manage and participate in the development of classes, handbooks, manuals, course outlines, and other material; approve class design and material.

6. Deliver some performance programs if necessary.

7. Manager day-to-day performance function.

8. Other assignment as required.

9. Direct, control, monitor the Performance polices and implement of subsidiary company
