Do you have experience advising US listed companies on Foreign Corrupt Practice Act (FCPA) issues? This is a senior role requiring at least 7 years of experience in an international law firm, accounting firm or multinational. In this major multinational, you will be the key person responsible in China advising management on FCPA issues. A legal or accounting qualification is preferred but not essential.
