Job Description:
Reporting to the Vice President within the firm, working with other investment professionals within Shanghai team, you will perform strategic and financial analysis to evaluate impact of acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, leveraged buyouts etc, and also developing comprehensive valuation and financial analysis methodologies, evaluating strategic alternatives, analysing merger scenarios with potential partners.
The Successful Applicant:
The idea candidate should be highly professional gained experience from professional accounting firm or management consulting firm, related experience within investment banking or private equity firm would be highly preferred and specific industry experience will be a plus. Strong quantitative and analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills is essential, experience in financial modeling, excel is a must. Fluency in Mandarin and English is prerequisite.
