Job Description

The purpose of this position is to ensure the provision of more expedient cross functional HR support to all Global Downstream businesses in a country or group of various PRC local offices through effective monitoring and interfacing with local site HR team members. An integral part of this role is to ensure the effective flow of value-added information and effective operational coordination of the various local offices in PRC.

Requirements:
· A degree holder preferably with professional qualifications in HR Management
· Seasoned HR professional with at least 10 years solid experience gained from sizeable and established MNCs
· An extremely good relationship builder with pleasant personality and ability to work effectively across different functional lines in a multicultural environment
· A high level of maturity with the capability to command respect and credibility from key stakeholders and team members
· A self-starter who leads by example; effective in working with and through others
· Independent, hands-on, proactive and capable of operating with minimal support and direction, with a strong service orientation
· Proven managerial style, strong leadership potential and a highly-motivated team player
· Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
