What are we looking for:
Between 3-10 years of Enterprise Software Sales Experience.
Experience in selling one or more of the following:
• Security Solutions (Endpoint, Firewall, Anti-Spam, Network, Application Security, Identity Management)
• Systems Software (Data-Centre Automation, Straight Through Processing)
• ERP Software (Collaboration, HR, Accounting, Financials)
• Analytics, Data-Warehousing and Business Intelligence Software)
• Storage (NAS, SAN)
• Database & Application Software
• Data Management (Business Continuity – BCP, Disaster Recovery - DR, Application Reliability, Application Deployment and Packaging, Performance Management, ITIL, Server Infrastructure)
• SOA – Service Oriented Architecture (BPM)
You will already be working for a multi-national software vendor, working in a specific geography, or vertical market, and selling high-value solutions. You will have a track record of selling these licence/service based solutions to either local or MNC customers in China. You will be bi-lingual in both Mandarin and English.
You will be working on Sales Cycles from 3 months to 1 year and be able to communicate/sell complex technical solutions to both technical stakeholders and C-level business executives. You will be familiar with both the direct and channel model. We are looking for “Hunter”, rather than ‘Farmer’ mentality, with proven abilities to lead and close big ticket sales.
