Our Transactions Group offers a fully integrated pre- and post-acquisition service including M&A, financial, IT systems and tax due diligence and structuring advice. We assist vendors and strategic buyers and financial investors in Mergers and acquisitions, structuring tax-efficient deals, and uncovering potential financial and strategic risks or opportunities. Due to the rapid growth of our business, we are now recruiting managers for our Corporate Finance team, who will provide acquisition and other transaction related services to financial and strategic buyers. The applicant will manage and lead medium size projects and will also participate in large projects.
Requirements
* Bachelor degree from top university and MBA from good international business school preferred;
*
Relevant experience such as investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, private equity, venture capital or in-house Mergers and acquisitions activities;
*
Extensive experiences in the professional financial services industry or equivalent background preferred;
*
Experienced in managing a team of staff for small and medium-sized projects;
*
Experienced in managing multinational companies and domestic clients;
*
Excellent financial and business analytical skills;
*
Able to think strategically;
*
Familiar with risk management issues;
*
Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Mandarin;
*
Excellent written English, including the ability to write succinct, well-structured reports;
*
Team players, who work effectively under pressure; and
*
Hands-on in unraveling commercial complexities.
