Job details The Role of Sr. Management Trainee:

- Sr. Management Trainee will be trained at our every mainly branch in China and our Euro Headquarter, the period of training probably around 4-6 month.
- Management Trainee is responsible for planning and managing his or her learning and career in a way that is consistent with the needs of the organization and the logistics market at large. This includes determining the career path and development needs with his or her training; demonstrating a willingness to grow and learn through work experience; and taking full advantage of the training and development opportunities available to him or her. Moreover, during the learning process, he or she can contribute some ideas to enhance/improve the Management Trainee Program.

The career goal:
- To be a Branch General Manager or department manager/middle level management role.

Most important criteria:
- Detailed-oriented, Ambitious, Proactive; Be able to work under pressure; Loyal

The candidates:
- MBA degree, Minimum 5 years’ working experience
- Logistic/3PL working experience is preferred
- Densely interested in Logistic industry and willing to work continuously in our Business;
- Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English
- Proficient in Windows, incl. Excel, Word, Power-Point.
