Oracle Applications Product Group (APG) focuses on product development, solution development based on Oracle Applications products such as E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft Enterprise, Siebel CRM, JDE, i-flex etc. We work closely with Oracle Headquarter, APAC and India Development Center to develop new products, APAC localizations and industry solutions in Finance, HRMS, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) areas.
Position Description:
The role is responsible for technical development in customer implementation or localization development projects on Oracle Applications 11i and R12 as a senior Applications engineer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Provide necessary assistances for functional consultants while requirement analysis ,functional design and implementation.
2. Communicate with functional consultant to understand requirements and functional designs,
3. Do technical design, coding and unit test based on Oracle solution/development processes, following Oracle standards to deliver high quality software
3. Evaluate workload, make development plan; supervise junior consultants' work based on project needs.
4. Review design and code made by peer or junior consultants to ensure quality and performance for deliverables.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. BS or MS in Computer, Business or Industry Engineer
2. 3+ years working experience on EBS technical consulting or offshore development.
3. Solid development experience in following areas
+OAF
+Form
+PL/SQL
+XML Publisher
+Workflow
5. Functional experiences and knowledge on financial modules are preferred, and it would be a plus for specific experiences on Treasury module.
6. Strong system analytical, design, process improvement, testing, and troubleshooting skills;
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Korean is a big plus
8. Quick learner for new technologies;
9. Exhibits good communication, team work, customer focus and Results orientation
10.Project or development management experiences would be a plus.
