A market leader in Infrastructure Services and Solutions, our client is currently looking for a Director for managing the Regional Solution Architect team.. You will be responsible for Managing, Leading & Motivating the Team and also holding a P&L responsibility for the Technical Solution.
Requirements:
At least 15+ years of experience, of which last few years in heading a Solution Architect/Presales team focussing on Infrastructure Solutions.
Regional exposure to AsiaPacific preferred.
Ability to Drive the team for Technical Solutions to ensure Business.
Working with the Sales, Presales teams to drive revenue.
Ability to Build Effective teams and Develop Direct Reports
