An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Associate to join our highly regarded client’s office in Beijing.
The ideal candidate will be a Hong Kong qualified lawyer with 2-4 years PQE in capital markets and securities. You will have hands-on transactional experience and preferably will have had exposure to M&A work.
This position offers the opportunity to be involved in cutting-edge corporate, M&A and equity capital markets transactions, international exposure and the opportunity to develop your career.
You will be advising blue-chip corporate clients and leading investment banks so excellent client handling skills are essential as is the ability to work on challenging and complex cases.
Fluent written and spoken Mandarin and English is essential.
