The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operations of R&D project team responsible for implementing wireless appliance measuremets, user interfaces, and protocols in a manufacturing test set. Plans and executes technical projects, leads teams, supports peers, and manages performance in order to achieve business objectives.
- Manages employees responsible for design & development of wireless appliance manufacturing test solutions. - Directs and manages individuals responsible for specific project deliverables. - Develops, implements solutions to department issues - Develops employees capabilities and supports site initiatives - Creates an environment that promotes innovation and contribution
Qualifications
Master Degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 3 years related experience as a supervisor, with typically 9 to 15 years of professional experience. Will have demonstrated success leading projects and project teams.
Wireless communications and mobile manufacturing knowledge and experience are strongly preferred. This person must be able to manage diverse skill sets and work effectively with sites in the US and Europe.
