This is a unique opportunity for a recent graduated electrical engineer to join an organization that is dedicated to innovation and where you will find a world of opportunities.
You will be responsible for selling Electronic Test & Measurement products, solutions and services to customers with wireless- and digital application in an assigned territory primarily through outbound and inbound telephone sales activities. As a part of this exciting group, you will help us grow our 5.3 billion dollar business and outpace market growth.
As an integral member of a sales team, you will work together with the field staff focusing on acquiring new customers and retaining and growing the existing installed base of customers. In this role you carry quota, interpret customer needs and proactively act to understand those needs, actively create business opportunities and represent Agilent in all sales-oriented activities. Key skills are management of your own sales funnel, together with pro-actively seeking out business opportunities via Marcom or other creative business initiatives. Regular communication of deals, issues and opportunities with the relevant Field Engineer will also be required. Your excellent technical knowledge and communication skills are essential for credibility working with customers.
Qualifications
To join our dynamic and high-achieving team, you need to be educated to Bachelors or Master Degree level in Electronic Engineering, RF technology or test and measurement or equivalent. No prior experience required, though your proactive approach, team spirit and eagerness to build your sales knowledge are what will ultimately drive your success.
