The AP Marcom Specialist is responsible for & owns the design and implementation of multi tactic campaigns for the AP region; to meet set Marketing program objectives and in support of the AP field organization. These campaigns, developed in accordance with Global brand and messaging standards, could include E-marketing, Direct Marketing, Advertising, Event organization and Public Relations.
The AP Marcom Specialist is also the central point of contact & coordination between Global Marketing operations and AP/ country Marcom operations (including in countries China, Japan, India, Singapore Malaysia, Thailand, Korea) providing feedback & facilitation to enable continuing improvements in fit as well as smooth Marcom implementation
This is a Singapore based position, in our Life Sciences division.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree with at least 5 years experience in Marcom. Preferably with experience in a regional Marcom role Good foundation in a variety of Marcom disciplines such as Event organization, Direct Marketing, E-marketing and Advertising. Experience in a B2B environment
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English with ability to converse and read Mandarin comfortably PC literate & numerate Willing to travel when needed
Organised, Meticulous, Responsible and able to multi task. Adept at project management and able to work independently Process oriented with the ability to maneuver internal systems and work in a matrix organisation Strong team player. Able to manage feedback effectively. Mature and comfortable in interacting with a wide spectrum of nationalities and differing personalities Resourceful, Creative, Hands on
