Job details Summary
As a successful company operating on every continent, our client leads the world in the field of high tech engineering solutions and systems. With applications across oil, gas, water and power generation industries, these sophisticated products are critical to the activities of many leading players in the international energy and utilities markets.

Responsibility
-Responsible for all commercial operations of Greater China
-Maximising sales and profitability of the company.
-Responsible for market segmentation, positioning of the product portfolio, and management of the product lifecycle.
-Management of field salesmen and agents and ensuring that the local sales team follow projects and report actions and information
-Supervising the commercial running of the office
-Producing annual budgets which are to be discussed with and approved by the appropriate Directors
-Ensuring the satisfactory operation of the office and workshop so as to provide good support facilities for customers in China.

Requirements (all of them must be fulfilled)
-local Chinese candidate with experience within China mainland
-engineering qualification and work experience before moving to the commercial side
-vast sales management experiece in industrial products
-at least 10 years of experience in managing sales and salesteams
-preferably background in Oil & Gas, water or power industry
