This role is working within their core Financial Services Practice, who specialise on delivering CRM (Siebel) Projects in China for the Retail Banks such as CCB, BOC. The role will involve travelling between SH/BJ/GZ, and helping customers to get the maximum value of their Siebel Systems in CRM and Analytics.
You will be the Siebel Technical ‘Design’ expert on projects, providing architecture, development advice, configuring the business layer/data layer/UI layer, and doing customization work (eScript, VBScript)
You will create and maintain workflow and assignment manager policies.
You will lead the creation of detailed and high-level design specifications and be a critical customer interface in deployments as well as pre-sales.
You will also lead QA, Support and Defect Resolution activity.
Our ideal candidate will be bi-lingual in English and Mandarin, and have:
At least 3 years of Implementation experience in Siebel 7/8.
Great client facing skills.
Strong understanding of Siebel Application Architecture, Data Model, Configuration Tools, Server Side Processes.
Understanding of Oracle, ETL, Custom CTI
Proven skills in facilitating meetings (requirements capture, scope, change requests)
Experience working for a systems integrator (EG CSC), management consulting firm (EG Accenture) or a retail bank (EG Bank of China)
