It was founded in 2001, with its primary operating subsidiary established in Shanghai's Zhangjiang High-Tech Park and offices and R&D centers set up in the U.S. (Silicon Valley; Austin, TX) and other cities in China (Beijing, Shenzhen).
an Am Law 100 rank of US firms is building up the Shanghai IP Transactional Practice. Now they are actively seeking candidates who have Foreign education background, Technical background (Chemistry, Life Science, EE or IT), excellent Mandarin and English language skills. Ideal candidates are admitted in USA. Experienced attorneys are requested to have relevant experience in IP Transaction, Outsource Supplying and Infringement.
Requirements:
USA qualified attorney with 2-5 years of experience
Excellent English language communication drafting skills
Experience in IP Transaction, License, Prosecution is preferred, familiar with US IP business
Organized and able to work independently
Ability to handle multiple tasks
