A reputable European Bank is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their Singapore Private Banking division. Responsibilities will include providing legal support on all aspects of Structured Credit and Lending, providing legal coverage and support for new and existing PB APAC offshore entities, and reviewing external contracts. The successful candidate will have 4 – 8 years PQE and will be qualified in a common law jurisdiction, preferably with previous experience in a private banking environment. They must have solid legal fundamentals and experience dealing with credit and security matters. Fluency in English is expected and fluent Mandarin would be an advantage.
