(i) Service contracts & products directly to the installed base customers. Responds to incoming support services inquiries from China CCC; involves in warranty/contract conversion programs; supports and manages lead generation programs from marketing centre; vists major customers and non-target customers when required; uncovers new customers and opportunites; owns strategic account planning with Account Managers/Inside Account Managers in China. Support and back up existing Product Support Specialist as a team.
(ii) Education training & consulting programs directly to installed base and applications related customers. Understand the needs of the customers and work closely with training & application engineers and channel partners to offer/tailor wide range of education, training and consulting programs to the customers. Ability to uncover opportunities to increase the revenue and profitability of our Education Training Centre and optimize all available resources.
Have Energy, independent, drives for results, good knowledge of the service products, passion for customers and strong teamwork are the qualities required. Must possess good interpersonal relationship and communications skills.

Qualifications
Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent. Chemistry background is preferred. At least two years of working experience in selling service/consulting/education training products - ideally in instrument type of products.
