Job Description:
The Executive Director for the listed property and real estate arm of this group will be primarily responsible for the strategic management and development of the company, ensuring it maximises profit and return on investment to shareholders. Important aspects of the role will include working closely with the executive management team to identify new development opportunities as well as maintaining a positive image of the company by building relationships with the finance community, shareholders, media and government, and building employee commitment. You will mentor key senior executives and communicate and reinforce a well established corporate value system.
