Job Description:
Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, you will have broad management responsibility with a major focus on operational management and business support in order to drive efficiency and performance. Specifically you will be responsible for the day to day operational functions including press and marketing, client management, sales administration, operations, budgeting, planning and resources management. Of critical importance will be the effective direction and alignment of various goals and objectives and the management of key business relationships within the organisation both locally and internationally. You will play an integral role in constantly leading and reviewing business and client strategies to ensure the company’s outstanding position and brand reputation are maintained.
The Successful Applicant:
To qualify you will be a senior executive with a successful track record in commercial management, operations, customer management, and project tendering and management. A background within a multinational, multicultural and sophisticated service environment is highly desirable. Furthermore you will provide clear direction to staff and continue to promote a culture focused on excellence, professionalism, quality and results. A confident, credible and inspiring personality is required to motivate experienced and high calibre teams. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, problem solving and relationship building skills are essential. A complete fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is expected.
