Our client is a leading US listed healthcare and pharmaceutical company with a large number of globally recognised products. With a strong and growing presence in Asia Pacific, they are currently seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join their high calibre finance team.
Joining a strong and established team reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate financial operations including month end closing for South East Asia. You will prepare financial and selected management reports to the regional team and the US head office as well as the completion of the full set of books. You will also ensure internal control procedures are followed and that they comply with company policies.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
-A university degree in accounting or related field and a recognised accounting qualification
-A minimum of 6 years experience in a multi-national company with regional exposure
-Solid financial accounting background with experience handling a full set of books
-Strong SAP skills are a must
-Excellent communications skills in English and Chinese (including Mandarin), both spoken and written
