Job details Our client, an international Cosmetics and Skincare company, is now seeking for an experienced Marketing Co-ordinator to join their Marketing Team to manage its marketing program for the company's current expansion of retailer brands in Hong Kong.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Co-ordinator for regional marketing function:

- Communicate with Headquarter, country Brand Managers and Marketing Managers on marketing matters of the brand in the Asia Pacific region.
- Act as a central coordinating point for all markets in the region.
- Prepare regional reports, calendars and analyze against comparable launches or brand direction.
- Track and maintain an up to date library of all magazines from the markets and competitive advertising.
- Work with the markets to coordinate all market visits, either inter region or headquarter’s visitors and support the organization of regional meetings
- Collate Regional Price Lists update and maintain Regional Pricing Analysis on a monthly basis;

2) Executive/Administrative support function:

- All secretarial work pertaining to the Regional Head.
- Prepare all Travel & Entertainment and expense reports; Travel arrangement, such as flight bookings, hotel bookings, visa’s, advance petty cash etc.

Job Requirements:

- University degree in marketing or related discipline.
- At least 3- 5 years relevant marketing or related experience, preferably in the cosmetics, luxury fashion or retail or related industry.
- Experience & track record in marketing consumer products or life style goods for a national brand.
- Strong communication and analytical skill and ability to interact effectively with different markets in the region.
- Able to coordinate and develop program need through market research.
- Strong proficiency in both English and Chinese.
- Prior experience in an international environment with regional exposure is a plus.
