This Global Finance practice is expanding its presence on the ground in the PRC and requires an additional associate for its Shanghai office. The team now requires an additional 2 Associates for its Derivatives and Structured Finance practice. The current team in China is the leading legal advisor in the market. The team advises on the full range of derivatives activities, including the over the counter markets, exchange-traded futures and options markets, and the primary markets. The team not only advise banks and corporate but are highly regarded in advising the industry at large.
Our client requires Applicants who have gained strong broad finance exposure in the Asian market. Chinese language skills are required for consideration.
