About Our Client Our client is a Internationally listed company in the banking and financial services industry. Rated one of the world's largest companies in 2008, they are resent in over 80 countries and a strong international network. Having the most extensive foreign bank network in China and plans to nearly double their staff this year, our client is seeking energetic Regulatory Reporting and Analyst Manager to join their booming company.

Job Description: -The primary responsibility is to support and assist the VP Regulatory Reporting on regulatory liaison from a financial perspective covering regulators such as CBRC, PBOC and SAFE;- Manage and control regulatory reporting process to ensure timely and quality delivery of regulatory reports- Analyze new rules and regulations, assess and report the financial implications to senior management and implement new regulatory obligations in reporting;- Liaise with other groups such as Compliance, Credit Risk Management, Customer Groups, Treasury, branches, Technology, Credit Operations and Planning to derive proper policies and procedures regarding regulatory reporting and ratio management;- Communicate and provide guidance (as appropriate) to branches in the country regarding regulatory financial obligations;- Coordinate with external auditors regarding regulatory reporting and audit issues-- Plan and lead various process enhancement and compliance initiatives

The Successful Applicant: - Qualified with a strong understanding of financial products knowledge and China regulations;- Exposure in auditing firms and foreign banks is a plus;- Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills, a team-builder;- Self-motivated and ability to work independently;- Strong coordination and planning skills- Fluency in English and Mandarin a must
