Responsibilities:
*Build and maintain relations with current clients, develop new client base. Cooperate with third party agencies and clients, develop business growth.
*The successful candidate will work with senior staff, taking on varying levels of project responsibility, depending upon the engagement. This includes conducting research and analysis of China real estate firms, assisting with structuring the problem-solving process, meeting deadlines, overseeing the work of other team members, and assisting in the preparation of proposals and reports.
*Work on a variety of engagements for clients involving real estate and urban economics issues such as market and financial analysis, and fiscal and economic impact studies.
Requirements:
*Excellent oral and written English language skills.
*Positive work attitude. Can work under pressure. Good team work and client service skills.
*Strong communication skills, reliable and honest.
