• Report to the Branch Manager
• Assist in daily operations
• Handle daily counter transactions and customers' inquiries
• Provide accurate and timely quality counter service
• Maintain balance of daily cash and custody of foreign and local currency cash boxes
Job Requirements:
• Secondary educated is required
• 1-2 years teller experience
• Sound knowledge of banking products and services
• Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English is a must
• Strong interpersonal skills and detail-oriented are desired qualities
