Due to the continued growth of our client’s Hong Kong office, they are now looking for a Senior M&A lawyer to join their respected corporate practice. The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of post qualification experience, predominantly in M&A and private equity work, gained in Hong Kong or in any other major common law jurisdictions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic team that services a broad and varied blue chip corporate client base. Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) language abilities would be an advantage, but are not essential. Although this is not a partner level position, our client would expect the successful candidate to be partner material.
