The work you will do will be hugely diverse, therefore making your CV and future look very bright. A change of pace is achievable in Hong Kong without having to dumb down on the quality of the work that you are doing. Your work will include but will not be limited too: -
Corporate Finance, General Corporate and Partnerships, Joint Ventures, Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, Project Finance, Reorganisations, Schemes of Arrangements as well as Structured Finance and Capital Markets work.
You must have at least 2 years experience from a top firm, good academic record (certificates supplied upon application where possible) and the ambition to take your career through to Partnership.
No language skills needed but you must be qualified from Hong Kong or a Commonwealth country, ideally UK, Canada, South Africa, Australia or New Zealand.
