Job details Our client, a sizable organization in Hong Kong, is urgently seeking a HR Manager to handle its recruitment, training, organization development, C&B, employee relationship, and other ad-hoc projects. Reporting to a GM, this all-round incumbent will also need to supervise a team of junior HR staff to carry out all of the HR-related responsibilities.

To qualify, you should possess a minimum of 15 years of HR experience from a large-sized organization or a manufacturer background. A degree is an added benefit but not necessary. Has a genuine interest in HR and staff development. You must also be creative in solving problems and down to earth with all staff levels. Solid commands of written and spoken English and Chinese.
