Job details HR Program Administrator - Payroll (China- Beijing)

- Be the primary as well as secondary owner to China's payroll.

- Be the China's main contact to work with AP Payroll Hub in payroll administration activities.

- Key contact for Agilent internal departments on payroll admin queries.

- Ensure payroll admin processes are in place and streamlined where applicable.

- Ensure payroll activities, results and processes are audit and SOX compliant. Internal and external controls are appropriately established in accordance to audit guidelines.

- Key role in ensuring payroll requirements are met for new HR program / statutory requirements implementation.

- Work with Country HR and AP Payroll Hub on internal and external Payroll SLA respectively.

- Continual assessment that payroll admin activities are in line with outsourcing and Hub modeling.

- Ensure standardization of country payroll activities to regional payroll practices.


Qualifications
- Bachelor/Asssociate Degree in Human Resources and/or Finance
- With payroll experience preferred, may have up to 4 years related experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly excel
- Highly organized, dedicated and with positive attitude
