A reputable European Bank is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their growing Beijing office. Responsibilities will include conducting A-share underwritings of initial public offerings (IPOs) and private placements, corporate advisory work, and advising senior management on legal aspects relating to the operation of the Beijing office and its investment banking business. The successful candidate will have A-share experience and an understanding of international capital markets practice, preferably from experience in an international law firm or an international investment bank. Fluency in English and Mandarin are prerequisites for this role.
