Our client is one of the leaders in the China property, real estate and investment group. This real estate group has significant interests in diversified investment interests across China in multiple aspects, such as residential & commercial real estate projects, primary land development, financial services, and mineral resources extraction throughout China since the early 1990s. As they continue to grow and invest in real estate developments across China, is now seeking the Chief Operating Officer to stary in China and look after their commercial building business and development projects. This role will report to the director of the division and to manage commercial real estates projects, future expansion plan for revenue and company development.
The ideal candidate will possess a professional qualification with at least 15 years relevant experience with preferable 4 years in China property and real estate industry, especially commercial property. The candidate would be familiar with the Mainland culture, government policy, property laws and regulations, environment and experience managing projects from initial state to completion in China and/or Asian countries. Familiar with luxury hotel business, commercial building project management and retail business in real estates will be preferred. Relevant experience in property development in Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan, Dalian, Shenyang and Suzhou will be advantageous. In addition, the candidate must have good leadership skill, commercial sense, initiative, integrity, objectivity and maturity, combined with good interpersonal skills. International experience is a plus asset for this role.
