Its fast expansion in China has given rise to a need for a high calibre investment manager to herald its growth.
Job Description:
Reporting directly to the China Managing Director, you will play a strategic role in the future growth of the company. You will identify and evaluate opportunities, set up an investment model for potential projects and complete financial and feasibility analysis by working together with legal, business development and financial teams. Furthermore, you will utilize your superior communication skills and present to both the MD and senior management team your evaluation reports to enable decision making.
The Successful Applicant:
You should be CFA qualified with a minimum of 8 years of working experience in the property industry. Solid skills in financial modeling, assets and investment evaluation are required. A corporate finance background and/or fund management experience is a distinct advantage. Strong presentation and communication skills are key to success. Fluency in English and Mandarin is also required.
