Our client is the premier real estate services firm in the world, with over 10,000 employees operating from 50 countries and six continents. With a strong China presence and growing portfolio, they are looking for a Financial Analysis to join their energetic investment service team.
Job Description:
Reporting to the investment service director, you will be involved throughout the investment transaction process.
Preparation of market analysis of specific region/sector
Preparation of investment memorandum of potential projects
Preparation of the latest information on the various commercial project Commercial project financial analysis and cash flow modeling
Presentation of project reports and assist clients relationship management
Work closely with the company to conduct project due diligence
The Successful Applicant:
Degree holder in finance or accounting and professionally qualified
At least 3 years working experience in real estate investment/financial analysis
Fluency in both written and oral in Mandarin and English, returnee is highly preferred
Strong team work spirit, leadership and excellent communication skills are essential.
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Outlook
Knowledge of real estate analysis software preferred
