Our client’s associates in its expanding Beijing office have particular expertise advising on all the major areas of corporate finance, M&A, foreign direct investment, banking and finance, and dispute resolution.
The Beijing office works closely with the Hong Kong and Shanghai offices to service the needs of its clients in China – international corporations active in the country as well as PRC private and state owned enterprises. The office has strong relationships with central government authorities and state-owned enterprises; it also monitors the status of China's increasing trade agreements with leading nations, and its membership of the WTO.
This is an opportunity to work with high-calibre fee earners in a collegiate environment and be involved in cutting-edge corporate, M&A and equity capital markets transactions. You will be advising blue-chip corporate clients and leading investment banks. This is a good to gain International exposure and the opportunity to develop your career.
Our client is looking for someone who has:
* 2-4 years post qualification experience in capital markets and securities
* Exposure to M&A work would be an advantage
* Hands-on transactional experience
* Ideally Hong Kong qualified but lawyers who have been admitted other equivalent common law jurisdiction with relevant post qualification experience will also be considered
* Fluent written and spoken Mandarin and English are essential
