Our client, an international consulting firm, is currently looking for dynamic individuals to be part of a growing team of professionals in providing strategy consulting and commercial due diligence services.
Here you will be part of the strategy group where you will be involved in analyzing market and industry dynamics, evaluating the attractiveness of M&A targets and making strategic recommendations to attain maximum growth for businesses.
To succeed in this role, you should have 3 to 5 years relevant experience in industry research, strategic business planning, commercial due diligence or similar background. Candidates with a consulting background and direct experience working with private equities will possess a strong advantage.
Candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidates should be resourceful, possess strong business acumen and be results-oriented self-starters who are able to work independently as well as in teams. Strong communication skills are a must. Willingness to travel will be an advantage.
You should have some project management experience and be a good team player, highly adaptable to working independently and effectively under pressure in a fast-moving environment. In addition, you should demonstrate the ability to think strategically.
