Program/Project Description:
Provide ECM Technology Leadership, Governance and Knowledge Transfer
Provide services delivery of ECM capabilities to BANK Lines of Business including, provision of ECM-specific skills on a project by project basis
Ensure adherence to corporate information standards and encourage asset reuse
Coordinate the ECM projects transition to successful deployment and ongoing operation
Provide on-going ECM systems administration and support function
Role Description
BANK require a suitably experienced consultant to review the current FileNet Architecture that has been designed and is in the process of being rolled. BANK objective in commencing this engagement is to give them confidence that they have optimised the design of their FileNet architecture and associated infrastructure. Specifically, BANK would like a review of the following:
The end to end FileNet Architectural Solution
Placement of the FileNet components e.g. Content Engine, Process Engine, etc taking into account anticipated transaction metrics and content volume, network bandwidth, security models, SoE and other considerations as appropriate.
FileNet Operational model
FileNet System Management and Monitoring functions
o Architectural experience (capacity planning, DR design, deriving detailed network topologies, managing infrastructure procurement etc) related to FileNet or ECM technology
o Ability to assess FileNet technical solutions including underlying infrastructure and conduct technical quality reviews
o Ability to understand and apply IT standards when reviewing solutions in a complex FileNet environment
o Ability to set FileNet technical direction and defend recommendations in a complex FileNet environment
o Ability to identify and if possible, solve potential complex FileNet technical problems.
o Abilty to review and understand existing architectural documents including but not limited to the following or their BANK equivalents:
Architecture Decisions Document
Architecture Standards, Principle, Policies and Guideline
Operational Environment
Performance Guidelines
Network Environment.
o Ability to understand future customer intent and industry trends as it relates to FileNet and anticipated growth of BPM and impact this may have on the design.

FileNet Certified Architect
IBM Architect PDF 4/5 or above
Requirements
Candidate must have experience designing, implementing and reviewing complex FileNet architecture and infrastructure, preferably in the Financial services environment and across wide geographic areas
