About Our Client

Our client, a leader in its field, is now growing rapidly in China. Due to their growth, they are now seeking an experienced training candidate to facilitate all training requirements for it's employees in the region.

Job Description:

As a Senior Training Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing a training strategy for AP Operations organisation
  • Identifying training requirements across all levels through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers
  • Designing and development training programs according to the organisation and individual's needs
  • Cost control and analysis of return on investment of any training program

The Successful Applicant: The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, HR or related fields. 10 years related experience in similar area with sound knowledge of training and development. Experience in communicating effectively within all levels in the organisation is crucial and ability to think strategically will be viewed upon favourably. Fluency in English and Chinese is a must.
