Our client is a globally renowned financial IT and news company with an established presence in Hong Kong. This company is the leading international provider of data, news, and analytics and provides up to the minute market information to corporations, news organizations, and financial and legal professionals around the world.
Reporting to the Taiwan Sales Team leader, you will be responsible for developing relations with both potential and existing clientele in Taiwan, including but not limited to the blue chip financial institutions. You will be based out of Hong Kong but will travel weekly to the Taiwan office. The chosen candidate will be empowered with representing our clients’ international products and services in an autonomous and highly charged sales team environment. A consultative sales approach will be demanded, as the successful candidate will have the authority to tailor our clients’ value added services to suit their specific clientele.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience from within financial services/ relevant IT vendors, and hold a university degree. You will demonstrate confidence, individuality, and passion for your work. You will have first rate presentation skills, and be able to succeed as both an individual and as a member of a team. Fluency and literacy in English as well as Mandarin is essential.
