Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in gourmet food or hotel industry, with at least 5 years in multinational companies
- Extensive experience in managing sales team with over 10 staff, preferable with multinational companies in Shanghai or Beijing
- Leadership with capability to set potent strategy and to manage a multifunctional team to achieve goals.
- Strong analytical, negotiating, interpersonal, andinfluencing skills.
- Good communication skills; fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Passionate and enthusiastic about work and also food products.
