Requirements
- Monitoring Club activities including financial performance and guest satisfaction.
- Assure plans, projections, budgets, etc. are met.
- Plans, organizes, staffs, directs and controls operations in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives of company.
- Ability to manage change effectively.
- Communicate the goals and objectives and inspire employees to achieve those goals.
- Qualified candidates will have minimum 5 years experience as General Manager.
- Strong customer service orientation and skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Exceptional detail in follow-up.
- Strong budgetary, projections, and cost control skills.
- Resolve problems.
- Assume responsibility/accountability.
- Create courteous, friendly, professional work environment.
- Provide overall direction, coordination, and ongoing evaluation of operations.
- Ability to quickly evaluate alternatives and decide on a plan of action.
