Chief Engineer for pre-opening 5 star hotel - Shanghai
Our client is an International 5* luxury hotel chain located in the heart of Shanghai along the Bund, which will open in 2009.
Currently looking to recruit an experience Chief Engineer with hotel background. The successful applicant must have Degree in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical or Marine Engineering. A minimum of 10 years experience in hotel engineer, with at least 3 years in the same position for a deluxe operation. Solid management and leadership skills. Good budgetary control. Must able to speak fluent English and Chinese, preferred conversant in Mandarin and recent Shanghai experience would be an advantage. Offering a salary of around HK$50,000 with standard expatriate benefits plus housing allowance up to RMB15,000. This role is expected to be on board on September 1st.
