Department : Application Delivery and Support Supervisor : Senior Manager, Application, Delivery and Support, Finance and HR Systems Position Summary : Full support on all Finance systems and related applications/software. Responsibilities Provide functional support for SAP Finance modules. Provide functional support for reports, interfaces and enhancements and prepare design documents and detailed specifications for ABAP programming. Maintain strong working knowledge of the Finance systems in order to effectively utilize its capabilities. Analyse and provide solutions to issues/errors and new requirements. Conduct user training. SAP Finance Authorization administration. Provide assistance in system upgrades/patches through testing and analysis of functional changes. Ad-hoc projects. Competencies In-depth hands-on configuration experience in SAP Finance modules is a must SAP Certification is a must User support and User training experience is a must 4 Finance processes experience is a plus Familiarity with ABAP programming is a plus Experience with ABAP Query is a plus Experience in SAP Finance security administration is a plus General Programming/System Analysis experience is a plus Strong analytical skill and problem-solving abilities Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills Ability to work effectively with a variety of people across various levels Ability to multi-task, balance priorities and work under pressure Strong sense of urgency in meeting deadlines Required Experience Degree or equivalent SAP Certified Implemented at least two full life-cycle SAP Finance projects ( Rel 6.0), with in-depth hands-on configuration . Good knowledge of Finance processes and business requirements
