Job details Our client,one of the world's largest UK-based private bank, is currently looking for a Contract Business Project Manager to join their Change Management team.

Job Responsibilities:
- Report to the Senior Regional Programme Manager of Change Management
- Deliver projects adopting the Bank standard Project and People Change methodology
- Develop and maintain effective stakeholder plans and working relationships with Project Sponsors, Managers and staff
- Construct project plans and define milestones ensuring that the project progress can be effectively tracked and ultimately delivers the defined benefits of the business case
- Manage Risk & Issues and develop mitigating strategies as appropriate
- Support and engage inter-dependent projects
- Provide a consistent and professional approach to the management of projects

Job Requirements:
- Degree holder is highly preferred with minimum of 5 years experience in operational project work
- Proven track record of project delivery
- A can-do attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to influence others and a flair for creative thinking
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and project management methodologies
- Experience of working in a Banking environment preferred but not essential
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Cantonese language is preferred but not essential
