Our client is an international law firm widely known for its premier practices which includes the areas of corporate/finance, technology, media and communications, energy and complex litigation work. Its clients include many of world’s largest and recognised companies in areas such as investment banking, real estate and entertainment.
Its China practice group has represented clients in a wide range of industries including the Internet, e-commerce, securities, high technology and banking. The group also handles corporate transactions including M&A, private equity and venture capital, international JVs, foreign investment and corporate governance.
The group is now looking for a Senior PRC Consultant with at least 6 Years’ PQE in an international law firm to join its team in Shanghai. Applicants with strong corporate experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
